SHIPPING POLICY

Continental US ONLY unless otherwise noted. If in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada inquire before purchase. Effects and Accessories ship via USPS priority mail. We can ship via Fed/Ex or UPS for an additional fee. Guitars and Amplifiers ship via FedEx Ground. We ship Mon-Fri shipping cutoff time is 2 pm daily. We do not ship on weekends. We ship same-day on any purchases made before 2 pm.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

PURCHASE POLICY

48 Hour Return policy on new Guitars only. All Amps & Effects sales are final.

RETURN POLICY

Guitar returns must be authorized by Amelia Island Fine Guitars.
Guitars returned within the 48-hour approval period are refunded in full merchandise credit, minus shipping charges.
  • The instrument must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
  • The buyer is responsible for the instrument during the approval period.
  • Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.
  • Buyer pays for prompt return shipping.
  • Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.

All sales on discounted items are final!

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
